Have you ever…

Have you ever read a book you loved so much that you wanted it to come to life just so you could hug it and be friends with it?

Have you ever had a chocolate bar so delicious that you became momentarily paralyzed?

Have you ever had a child say something so loving to you that it gave you goosebumps?

Have you ever seen a flower so beautiful that you just had to stop and stare?

Have you ever had someone love you so much that you knew, just knew, that no matter what life brings, that person would be by your side?

I have.  And I shared it with my sister so she could be friends with my book-friend also.

I have.  Probably too many times.

I have.  So many precious and amazing times.  My children, my family, my students….

I have.  And sometimes I am lucky enough that the precious flower is one I planted and tended myself.

I have.  And I do.  And I love him back.
